Why should you use Lloyd Dobbie?
Lloyd will capture the spontaneity of your wedding without interfering and produce a collection of beautiful photographs that will tell the story of your day.

What does it cost?
Every client has different requirements so there are a number of options available for your wedding day; prices start from £1695.

Do you supply the albums?
Lloyd’s policy has always been to offer albums as an option to his clients. He supplies two different styles; the first, a traditional leather bound, matted album which is hand made in New Zealand. The second, a more contemporary design sometimes called ‘Coffee Table’ book or ‘Magazine’ style, also hand made but in this case in Italy.

The layout design for both options is created by Lloyd using state of the art software and you will have the opportunity to approve the layout before it is made.

Lloyd will be delighted to show you samples of both styles of album.

Will you photograph some group shots?
Lloyd’s clients book him for his documentary style of wedding photography and, when working alone, he will be happy to photograph around 6-8 groups which he would normally aim to do within 15-20 minutes ensuring that you spend as much time as possible with your guests.

If you require Lloyd’s style of photography but would also like a large amount of formal groups then he would strongly recommend that you opt for a second photographer. This would be an experienced professional working alongside Lloyd who would take care of the organised group photographs. This option also has other advantages; for example both Bride and Groom would have a photographer with them as they prepare for the wedding and throughout the day the key moments would be caught from two different viewpoints.

Whether you require additional formal groups or not, Lloyd recommends that you consider a second photographer when the number of guests is around 150 or more.

How do we know if you are free on our day?

Do you visit the venue beforehand?
Most of Lloyd’s weddings are some distance from his base in South London, however where his schedule allows he will be happy to meet with you for a site visit.

Will any of our photographs be in b&w?
As you will see from the images on this web site Lloyd works in colour and b&w so your final collection of photographs will include both.

How long after the wedding will our photographs be ready?
Lloyd aims to deliver your finished images to you within 4 weeks of your wedding day.

What can we do to get the most out of our photography?
Relax and enjoy yourselves! You can be safe in the knowledge that, in Lloyd, you have an experienced professional who will capture your day the way you remember it.

Advise your family and friends that you have booked a photographer who specialises in taking natural photos. They do not need to pose and grin, they can just be themselves.
