Payment
You can either pay on-line by credit or debit card using the secure shopping basket system or alternatively by cheque to the following address:

Cheques should be made payable to 'Lloyd Dobbie' please - only cheques drawn on UK banks are currently acceptable.

Pricing etc
Current prices for reprints and delivery are given in our downloadable information pack.
5% Discounts are available on orders over £100, 10% on orders over £250, and the minimum order amount is £10.00
Prints will normally be delivered within 14 days from receipt of order.

Print quality
The images you will see on this site are scanned from the original negative at a deliberately low resolution to optimise download speed and to discourage illegal copying. The quality of these images is not a reflection of the quality of the prints that are ultimately produced.
The photographs you will receive are high quality prints, corrected for exposure and colour balance by an experienced printer under the guidance of the photographer himself.

Please note that all print sizes quoted (7"x 5", 9"x 6", 10"x 8", 15"x 12") are approximate.

Refund Policy
Although we do not envisage any problems, we are human and mistakes do sometimes happen!
If you do have a genuine complaint, we are of course happy to replace prints or consider a partial or full refund.
