20th Anniversary Party – Films and Bikes
Last weekend I went out of town and headed for Lincolnshire. Karin and Andy were married in a small ceremony 20 years ago and decided to celebrate their first two decades together by throwing a party for their friends and family at their home near Sleaford.
They called in top planner Siobhan Craven-Robins who organised an event that reflected Karin’s love of movies and Andy’s passion for motorcycles. The tables were named after different films, the splendid looking cake (baked by Pat a Cake Pat a Cake) was an homage to the wedding cake from the movie Notting Hill and the firework display featured a large motorcycle shaped installation.
There was fabulous food and drink supplied by Bovingdons and gorgeous flower displays provided by the team at Detta Philips.
After enjoying their fabulous dinner the couple and their guests relaxed in the marquee and gardens before dancing to a live band in the brilliantly lit (thanks to Lightec) bar area.
Despite heavy rain earlier in the day the evening turned out beautifully and everybody wandered ouside to enjoy the fireworks created by Fantastic Fireworks
